For better than 25 years certain Professors (Titus 2:16) have been at work trying to pawn off on the body of Christ a system of Salvation by Faith plus Works for the End times! These deceitful workers use a systematic theology that was concocted by persons of questionable reputation. If you dare oppose this doctrine you are labeled "stupid and lazy" and are considered a castaway from the assembly of Believers. By an incorrect reading of Hebrews 10:26-29 these so called Scholars reject scripture and fail to understand the difference between "the blood of the covenant" (Exodus 24:8/Hebrews 9:20/Animal blood) and "the blood of the everlasting covenant. (Hebrews 9:12/13:20) I solemnly affirm that no man's soul is cleansed by any other means than through the Blood of Calvary's cross! Any sacrificial blood that was offered before the Cross of Calvary only "sanctifieth to the purifying of "the flesh." (Hebrews 9:13) I have fully exposed this false teaching on my webpage, which you can view at:   What say you?   DGL

In 1 Corinthians 11:1 the Apostle Paul says; "Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ."  That is good advice in all matters of scripture, in faith and practice. Far too many people today are "chasing fire engines," running to and fro and being "carried about with every wind of doctrine."  If what you are reading or hearing about the Bible is not credible and scriptural, then use the discernment of the Spirit of Truth which your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ endowed you with when you got saved, and disregard it!                                "Be not deceived." "Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted unto him for righteousness." (Galatians 3:6)  (See Galatians 3:11/"in the sight of God")   It passes all understanding how people can read this verse and the verses in Romans 4:1-16  and come away believing that Abraham was justified by Faith plus Works!  That is what the teaching of Modernism has done to Bible interpretation. They cloud the issue by bringing up James 2:24 (Ye see/Matthew 5:16) in the hopes of deceiving you into thinking that there is a separate plan of Salvation for the Jews, which is in fact "another gospel." (2 Corinthians 11:4) Even the Modernist who indulge in this fantasy call it "Galatianism."  They bring their bitter fruit of the poisonous tree to it's natural end by saying that "salvation in the tribulation is by works." (Getting your head chopped off)... All of this is after Jesus Christ has shed His precious Blood for the sins of the whole world.  (Galatians 2:21/1 John 2:2) So if you can earn it , (Why did He die?) takes on a new meaning when you read Galatians 3:21; "Is the law against the promises of God? God forbid: for "IF" there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should been by the law." The conclusion is this: (Romans 3:28) Why would God have Jesus Christ killed, if in fact a man could be justified by Faith plus works before the cross (Abraham) or after the cross. (tribulation saints)  I submit to you that "No Man" will be in Heaven boasting of how he got there! "Where is boasting then?" It is excluded. By what law? of works? NAY: but by the law of faith."  (Romans 3:27)                 DGL  You may Email me:

ALL THINGS:    "For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be "fulfilled." (Luke 21:22/Mark 1:15/Galatians 4:4/ Ephesians 1:10/Daniel 9:24) Now you can look at these scriptures in many different ways, but let's follow logic and reason! (1) The statement by Jesus Christ (Mark 1:15) "The time is fulfilled" had to have a bearing on events that were current with His 1st Coming. (2) The prophecy in question was Daniel's 70th week (Daniel 9:24-27(  (3) The main thrust of the conversation/questions in Luke 21:7 had "very little" to do with the 2nd Coming of Christ. (4)  The scriptures in Isaiah 61:1,2 were separated in their completion by the span of a 40 year generation, approximately from 30 AD to 70 AD.  (Luke 4:19-the acceptable year of the Lord ----Luke 19:44/Isaiah 10:3-the day of his vistation----Luke 21:22-the days of vengeance)     DGL

If you are traveling through this world and it is not your home, then just remember as a Christian, that  you are a pilgrim and a stranger here!  You are looking for a heavenly home of New Jerusalem, which is on Mount Zion.  If your sins are under the Blood of Jesus Christ, then we extend to you the right hand of fellowship.  In the Land of Goshen (our preserved state) God says "When I see the Blood, I will pass over you." (Exodus 12:13)  If you are not a Born Again Christian then I invite you to receive the FREE Gift of Eternal Life!  (Romans 6:23)  Please do not say that no on has ever invited you to the marriage supper of the Lamb.  "And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely."  (Revelation 22:17(d)        DGL

Once saved, always saved...(OSAS)  seems to be a burr under the saddle of people that reject the words of Christ.  The Lord Jesus Christ makes clear in the Gospel of John, (John 5:24) that the preservation of the saved soul is in the hands of the Saviour!  The doubter shows his distrust in God and His word by not believing in Eternal Security.  If God can not save and keep a soul and usher him all the way to Heaven, safe in the sweet arms of Jesus, then He is a powerless and impotent God.  If a saved person, with all his sins forgiven, (Colossians 2:14) can die and go to Hell...then the question would have to be asked....What are the charges against him?  Festus sald to King Agrippa in Acts 25:22-27 regarding the Apostle Paul being sent to court and the charges against him;  "For it seemeth to me unreasonable to send a prisoner, and not withal to signify the charges laid aginst him."   (Acts 25:27)      Romans 8:32 says;  " Who shall lay anything to charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth." If a sinner whose sins are forgiven through the cross of Calvary (1 John 2:12) can die and go to Hell...then the question must be asked of those that disbelieve in OSAS, "Where is your trust/faith in God?" Opponents of this doctrine use the terminology "Once Saved Always Saved," when in reality the truth lies in your definition of Eternal Life!   My belief is this; Once eternal life can not end, just as I believe in the eternal destruction/punishment of the unbeliever!    Faith conquers doubt!          (Romans 8:37/14:23(c)                                        DGL

Prophecy updates and the exposing of false doctrine are essential in keeping the little flock of God safe from the false prophets that abound today. The words of Jesus Christ are the key and the Holy Bible in the King James Version are the defense. The Blessed Hope of the Church is the visible 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ in clouds of Glory.  Daniel's 70th week is proclaimed completed by the shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ at Calvary's cross. (Acts 20:28)  There on Calvary's cross Christ proclaimed; "It is finished." (John 17:4/19:30)   DGL

MEDITATIONS: Poetic Verse by Doug Lamb

Who can say that God is gone?
Or say just where He went?
He might be off, sad and alone,
Waiting for all men to repent.
I'll tell you here in verse,
  The truth that I know,
God is not dead or gone, but worse
  It is men who go!

He stays the same while we do not,
Our tears and smiles He sees.
Who else could cool a troubled spot?
Or end our day of miseries?
He asks but little in return,
   Only faith and loyalty,
   Many souls will burn,
   Through the long eternity.

   Troubled minds don't see Him,
    Tortured souls, forsaken all.
But only answer to a whim,
    And hear His gentle call.
    For what way lays open
To the souls of those who die,
     The answer comes before Amen,
     And starts with....He not I.

The writer of the Book of the Revelation , John the Apostle, speaks of "the spirit of truth and the spirit of error" (1 John 4:6) as the way to define a person's spiritual status. The Prophet Isaiah says;  "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." (Isaiah 8:20) This truth can be seen in the massive amount of false information that has been disseminated masquerading as actual Bible prophecy! The Modernist rejects the following facts: (1)The Old Covenant was broken, decayed, faded away and was replaced by a permanent covenant. (2) The Temple along with its trappings was destroyed, because the Lord found that all of the ceremonies were nothing more than cold and heartless rituals (3) Israel was driven into captivity in 70 AD and this is not a future event that will happen in the 21st Century  (4) The Messiah saved a remnant of Israel (Romans 11:7) at the Cross, and the rest were cutoff. (5) Unbelieving Israel is not going to somehow be saved in the future by a matter of racial preference, a re-visit to Old Testament times or a supposed Gospel of works!  "What can wash away my sins, Nothing but the Blood of Jesus!"    DGL

Well, I guess that the world, as we know it, did not end and the rapture did not take place. (May 22,2011) So I guess that the Christians can now get back to the business at hand, which by the way is "not" getting "good men" elected to public office.  America may collapse tomorrow but my message will still be the same, "How that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures." (1 Corinthians 15:4(a)          DGL         Please read the articles posted at

There is a movement today that has been around for almost 2 thousand years. Its goal is to undermine Christ's authority over the Church.  This movement comes in many different styles and flavors.  it is disguised as everyday Christianity.  There are thousands if not millions of people who are deceived by the movement.  Many of these deceived people will gladly tell you that they stand on the Word of God as their foundation.  Many will even confess that Christ is the Lord of their life.  Most of them will tell you that Christ is the only way to Heaven, but, when it all gets boiled down to basics, the Words of Christ have been rejected.  What is this rejection that is ravaging the people of God today?  Rejection of the truth.  If anyone rejects the Words of Christ, they have rejected the Truth!   John 1:1: "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and Word was God."  Friends, the Bible is very clear, you can not reject the Words of Christ without rejecting God.

The 1st of example of many that I will be dealing with is the Sermon on the Mount, and how large numbers of Christians have have rejected the Words of Christ.  Just as Moses brought the law of God to the people of Israel, Jesus gave us the law of God and so much more in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said; "I have not come to destroy the law."  The Sermon on the Mount expanded on the law of God.  If Moses said "Thou shalt not commit adultery,"  Jesus said that you are not to look upon a woman to lust after her in your heart.  If Moses said "Thou shalt not commit murder," Jesus said you are not to hate anyone in your heart. Mose said that the people had to have a writing of divorcement to get a marriage annulled, Jesus said, If you get a divorce (except in the case of fornication) " and shall marry another," you are guilty of adultery. Over and over again, Christ expounded on the law of God, and today, many reject it.

The most popular way of rejecting the Words of Christ is through a wicked teaching known as dispensationalism.  This teaching basically says that the Words of Christ are not for us.  It says that we can have life through Christ, but not through his teachings.  It says that the Sermon on the Mount is for a future kingdom whose citizens are only Jews.  It says that no one can live by the harsh standards that have been set in the teaching of Christ. It says we do not have to build our lives upon Christ's teachings as our foundation, and on and on and on.  Basically dispenstionaism rejects God. (See John 1:1 above)

I will show 2 easily understood ways to refute dispensationalism, especially as it refers to the Sermon on the Mount!  Nowhere in the Sermon on the Mount does Jesus say that his words are only for a future kingdom of Jews only.  That is a blatant lie and I will tell anyone that to their face (Just as Paul withstood Peter to his face)  No one can find one little tiny bit of information to back up this absurd statement.  As a matter of fact, Jesus said in Matthew 7:24; "Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him to a wise man, which built his house upon a rock."  Notice Christ said "whosoever." Not in some distant future, and only for the Jews, but whosoever.
(#2) Jesus said in Matthew 7:21; "Not every one that saith unto me , Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."                       Do dispensational teachers actually believe and teach that by denying the Sermon on the Mount is for us today, that they are in fact doing the will of the Father? There are many who will not enter into the kingdom because of their denial of Christ.  When you deny Christ's teaching, you deny God.  (See John 1:1)

God bless those who trust in the Words of Christ and do not reject God.

The speculation and pure imagination that goes into articles written about Bible prophecy should be a cause for great alarm to the church, however, it seems to be a game of "anything goes."  Scriptures are maligned, changed or altered at the whim of every writer who is able to get his work published.  Any Christian should consider it an affront to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to see His blood held in such low esteem and have His words scattered to the four winds and replaced by "idle tales."  What say you?              DGL

Another Gospel

"Take heed that no man deceive you." (Matthew 24:4)  Beware!!There is another gospel out there today! It is hideous in that it purports to be supported by the Bible.  Under the guise of scholarship there is a doctrine woven around rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15) Question; Can the blood of Jesus Christ mean so little to these people that they would use God's Holy Bible in the King James Version to teach a systematic theology built around a heresy? They cling to an Old Testament Temple and an Old Testament people and act as though the death of Christ was only a prelude to future events with other methods of salvation offered. They falsely believe that the commandments of God constitute salvation by works, when in 1 John 3:22,23 (Matthew 22:36-40/Romans 13:8-10) it is clear that the Bible is speaking of a "New Commandment and a "new and living way."(John 13:34/Hebrews 10:20)     For more info contact Doug  by Phone: 850-449-3866    or by email at
